Our Service Delivery Rostering and Scheduling Team is the critical link to connect our amazing clients with our dedicated support workers, who provide exceptional support services and quality care. Due to our business growth, we have a vacancy in our Bundall based office for a Rostering and Scheduling Officer to join our Service Delivery team!
The team is engaging, collaborative, and supportive to ensure you're able to reach your full potential. You'll work alongside colleagues who have extensive industry experience and with supportive management who are dedicated to your development and success in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Service Delivery Rostering and Scheduling Officer, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation. At its core, this dynamic and fast-paced teamwork styled environment will ensure the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.
Overall, you can expect to:
Schedule support services for our Community Aged Care, NDIS, and Private clients Rostering our field team members to meet service delivery requirements Ensure staff are rostered in accordance with their conditions of employment & the SCHADS Award Read and interpret Support Plans Sound administrative and computer skills On call After Hours Roster Coverage Right at Home provides support services 24/7.

Attention to detail, maintaining accuracy, and having the capacity to absorb and apply new information and processes will allow you to succeed in this role. Showing initiative and being confident in your own skills and abilities, including being able to prioritise your workload and work with tight deadlines with relative autonomy, will allow you to thrive in what can be a challenging environment.
You will also bring:
Strong commitment to providing excellence in customer service. Exemplary interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide range of audiences. Be a team player and show dedication to a proactive and supportive workplace culture. Experience within the community care sector, rostering/call-centre environment, and completion of a Cert III or Cert IV in Community Services, Disability, or Aged Care will be highly advantageous. Only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered. Successful candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment checks.
