Rostering and Allocations Officer, Junior Medical Workforce Services, Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service - CairnsYou are invited to join a dynamic team with Junior Medical Workforce Services as Rostering and Allocations Officer. In this role you will plan, coordinate and manage the rostering and allocations of Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) including facilitating all relevant payroll aspects. You will do this by creating effective and efficient term allocations, rosters and annual leave schedules for RMOs across the Health Service in accordance with Queensland Health directives, policies, etc whilst adhering to relevant awards and legislation and ensuring both junior doctor training requirements and the needs of the HHS are met.
