As a Roster Coordinator in our Workforce Management team based in Adelaide, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workforce through effective roster management.

Responding to employee enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate assistanceManaging and triaging requests using the ServiceNow system with a high level of accuracyHandling employee absence notifications and roster adjustments to maximise shift fill ratesEnsuring all shift offers and rostering processes comply with company policies and standardsCommunicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operationsTo be successful in this role, you'll have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and general technical competencyMinimum one year of experience in a customer service or administrative roleExcellent organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environmentAre you ready to do important work that really matters?
