St Andrews Community Care have a position available for an enthusiastic and team orientated Roster Coordinator for a part-time position at our office in Ballina.

You'll be located in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW only 20 minutes' drive from Byron Bay and an hour's drive from Queensland's Gold Coast.
What you'll be doing We are offering a rewarding opportunity for an individual to join our passionate rostering coordination team without delay.
The role involves coordinating the scheduling of service delivery of our care workers to our clients and maintaining the data management system.
This challenging role also requires you to be a key contact for clients regarding schedule changes and to build relationships with external stakeholders of St Andrews Community Care.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for helping clients in the community, who have excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail.
You will be liaising with our clients, providers, and staff on a daily basis ensuring smooth service delivery.
What skills & attributes will I need? Experience in scheduling of rosters.An ability to give prompt and accurate response to service requests and telephone enquiries.Sound understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with a wide range of people in different capacities.Dedication and commitment to client centred care and support.Organisational skills, including an ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Ability to use initiative and show resilience.Caring, honest, and reliable.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone At St Andrew's we're committed to building a culture based on trust and respect.
