The Opportunity Are you an experienced Roster Clerk with a background in managing complex schedules for larger organizations?

We are seeking a skilled Roster Clerk to join our team, supporting a 24/7 operational workforce with scheduling for up to 100 staff at any given time.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a structured rotating roster alongside another Roster Clerk, with hours generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (flexible between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM).
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain rosters for a 24/7 operational workforce.
Utilize Emp-Live (rostering software) to streamline scheduling processes (experience advantageous but can train).
Provide administrative support and backfill in other areas as needed.
Contribute to team redundancy planning and skill-sharing across the administration workforce.
About You A Valid Blue Card is required Proven experience in rostering for larger organizations, such as government departments or not-for-profits.
Broad administrative skills, with experience in Payroll, Finance (SAP), and general administration.
Ability to manage complex schedules for a high-volume workforce.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in potential growth opportunities, including a future Team Leader role.
