McLean Care is expanding and is seeking a Roster Clerk to join our dynamic support team.
In this role, you'll be working on a rotating roster, with shifts starting at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM.
This is a permanent part-time position requiring 40 hours per fortnight.
As a Roster Clerk, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for preparing rosters, negotiating shift changes, entering client requirements into our system, providing general office support, and occasionally handling on-call duties.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Strong computer literacy Exceptional attention to detail Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions Ability to perform well under pressure Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Team player with a collaborative mindset Previous rostering experience is highly regarded Commitment to a part time contract, working 40 hours per fortnight.
