First opened in 2018, the centre has three rooms for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age and a generous outdoor play space for children to explore.
Thrive, St Marys is on a quiet street and offers free on-site parking for staff.
About The Role We are looking for a fully qualified Diploma educator to lead one of our rooms.
We are looking for a professional educator with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators.
You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
