About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated causal Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team. In this role you will carry out general household/ commercial garden and lawn maintenance work for our clients across the Coffs Harbour region. Training will be provided to the right candidate with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities: All aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance. Provide support to the Team Leader to build positive team relationships that reflect the Aruma values. Provide support to our supported employees to develop new skills and achieve their employment goals. Complete tasks in alignment with instructions from Team Leaders.
