The RoleAs the Room Leader, you will be overseeing all aspects of the daily routine and overall care and building and maintaining effective relationships with the children and families.You must have an ECT or Diploma in Early Childhood Education qualification, and Room Leader experience.The role will require you to ensure high level of care and health and safety standards are maintained at all times, to develop, plan and implement a quality program that reflects the ELYF and to create and maintain a positive learning environment for all.You must have extensive leadership skills, as you will be managing the preschool room with qualified educators.
