As the Room Leader, you will support a team of educators that are passionate about nurturing the confidence, strengths, and interests of the children in our high-quality, Reggio Emilia inspired early learning program.
You will implement programs that reflect cultural backgrounds and the emerging skills and interests of children and create a play-based learning environment responsive to children's strengths and abilities.
You will implement daily routines, maintain records of development, and continuously reflect and improve children's learning.

About you Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent), you have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
You will also bring with you: An ability to lead the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for the children, in partnership with other educators, families and children.
An ability to plan, reflect, work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
An ability to learn and understand early childhood development theories.
