They play a key role in promoting positive guest and team culture.A few of your responsibilities:Maintain and clean all assigned guest rooms and tasks as per our five-star standard.Complete 'Turn Down' if required.Stock trolleys with linen and guest supplies.Release guest rooms to Front Office when up to standard.Use hotel software to communicate with colleagues and log completed tasks.Report suspicious guest behaviour to your leader.What we will be looking for:A good understanding of time management.The want to build a customer culture.The ability to build trust and teamwork.About you:Successful candidates will be passionate about providing a high level of customer service and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
