To sustain our growth, we are now seeking an experienced and proactive Roofing Supervisor to join our team.
The Role: Supervising and mentoring our Leading Hands and crews in all aspects of metal roofing projects.Ensuring high standards and quality workmanship in all roofing installations and repairs.Planning and managing project outcomes from site.Managing clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitoring quality and safety.Maintaining a team environment to ensure each member is valued & has the opportunity to further their skills & knowledge of the roofing industry.About you: A minimum of 10 years of metal roofing experience.Proven experience in a supervisor or leading hand role.Commitment to high quality work and self-improvement.Comfortable leading the planning and execution of large commercial roofing projects.The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Qualifications & Experience Applicants must:
