About the company Our Client is a leading Roofing and Cladding installation company providing roofing and facade solutions in zinc, copper & aluminium across Australia.
We are seeking qualified trades that have an interest in working in non-ferrous materials, copper and zinc and looking to join an established company operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia.
About the role Due to an increase in projects around the Sydney region.
We are looking for qualified Roof Plumbers, Cladding and Facade Installers & skilled labourers with Roofing experience.
Our client guarantees a variety of projects from large commercial installations to high-end homes.
In return, hourly rate ranging from $45 - $55 per hour + travel allowances and will be assessed through experience.
Great opportunity working with an established and experienced team on some unique projects here in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities for the role * Installation of roofing and façade using non-ferrous materials including zinc, copper and aluminium on high end residential & commercial projects.
* Fabrication and installation of customised zinc and copper flashings and rainwater goods.
* Liaising with builders, and contractors on-site.
* Interpreting building designs and organising workshop drawings for manufacture.
* Taking measurements and planning construction schedules.
* Provide guidance and training to other employees and apprentices.
Skills & experience * Trade qualification.
* Minimum four 3+ years' experience in roofing and façade construction.
* Previous experience working with non-ferrous metals i.e., copper and zinc is advantageous.
* Overseas experience in copper, zinc & aluminium roofing and facades open to apply.
Culture Working on some of Australia's most iconic & Historical sites.
Our client offers quality mentorship and training from experienced & senior staff.
Benefits 7am to 3:30 pm Mon to Fri (No Saturdays) but plenty of OT.
