We provide both Cloud based and on premise Managed Services delivered remotely, primarily on Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Infrastructure, and work with Customers across the full spectrum of Oracle, Microsoft and Google technologies.
We work with Customers across the full spectrum of Oracle technologies including Oracle Database, Cloud Infrastructure, E-Business Suite, Analytics Cloud and Application Express (APEX). We are increasingly working with data engineering technologies on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform, and skills in these areas are highly regarded.

Key requirements:Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the highest level of availability of the customers' applications.Design, build and test enhancements to the applications to meet agreed customer specifications.Maintain the incident tracking system with regular updates and resolution details.Maintain system, program and operations documentation.Contribute to post implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of the solution provided.Participate in an 'on-call' roster as necessary to provide support coverage outside of standard business hours.Work within both project teams and business-as-usual instances. Work within clear timeframes and take ownership for high quality outcomes.Technical requirements:Previous experience with application software development & supportOperating systems: Windows and LinuxUnix shell scriptingExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to cope under pressureAbility to work within a multi functional team collectively working to achieve excellent results for our customersExperience with Cloud platforms and technologies (Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS or Azure) an advantageAdditional requirements:Experience in one or more of the areas listed below will be an added advantage:
