Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team in Brisbane City. This role will involve leading and coaching a team to ensure high performance and productivity. You will also have the opportunity to work on complex pay runs, providing strategic insights and solutions to key stakeholders. You will be tasked with driving change in payroll and leading an ERP system implementation.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

Leading the implementation of the ERP system for the Payroll function Overseeing risk management procedures and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements Managing end-to-end payroll operations, including compliance, tax, and annual reporting Driving continuous process improvements to optimise systems and payroll strategy Resolving complex payroll issues and providing strategic insights and solutions to key stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in payroll management, including experience with complex pay runs. You should also have experience with ERP implementation and a good understanding of legislative requirements and compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be leading a team and working closely with key stakeholders.
