Key responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls from customers while providing professional and friendly service Building strong rapport on calls while providing needs-based solutions to customers' enquiries Working as a part of a well-functioning team and aiming to resolve enquiries on the first call Achieve agreed key performance measures and Sales KPIs Key skills and experience:
Proven customer service experience in a phone-based or retail setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to build quick rapport with customers and create meaningful relationships High levels of attention to detail and accuracy Key requirements:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster 8:00am - 6:00pm Must commit to an initial 3-month contract, with a view of extension or permanent conversion High levels of reliability and dedication to the rotating roster National Police History check, and 2 professional referee checks Must be able to commit to an early December start date You will receive:
