We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Business Lending team as a Document Preparation, Certification, or Valuations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and certifying key documentation, handling valuations, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of business loans. Your strong communication skills, banking knowledge, and ability to manage documentation efficiently will be crucial to your success in this position.
Parramatta or Kogarah office locations, work from home up to 3 days per week available after completing training.
Opportunity to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and certify documents related to business loans and financial transactions. Manage the preparation and submission of valuations in line with company processes. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely document handling. Coordinate with the back office to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and compliant with regulations. Demonstrate a clear understanding of banking procedures, payment systems, and document certification. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization while working on multiple documentation processes. Provide support in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to loan documents and valuations. Contribute to a collaborative team environment to meet business lending goals. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in a back-office role, preferably in banking or business lending. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid understanding of payment systems, banking processes, and document management. Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
