Rob Mackenzie Real Estate is seeking an organized and motivated Administration/Property Manager to join our professional team. With over 30 years of experience in South Australian real estate, we pride ourselves on offering personalized and professional services to our clients. We are now looking for a team member who is flexible, customer-focused, and capable of managing both administrative tasks and property management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with the management of residential and commercial properties, including liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors. Conduct tenant screenings, manage lease renewals, and ensure rent collection is up-to-date. Organize property maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs in a timely manner. Prepare and manage property-related documentation in compliance with South Australian legislation. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions in line with trust accounting requirements. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Assist with marketing efforts, including advertising properties and preparing listing materials. Skills & Qualifications: Certificate III in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience in administration or property management. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Knowledge of South Australian real estate legislation and trust accounting practices. Proficiency with property management software (Property Tree). Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Registration as a property manager with Consumer and Business Services (CBS). Experience working in a flexible or casual capacity.
