As the Roadside Operations Manager, you will be the glue that holds our Roadside Operation together across NSW & ACT. You'll be the driving force behind ensuring our contractual requirements with our club partner are met, and our commitment to safety and service is consistently upheld.

Here's how you'll operate: Safety is the foundational pillar on which our entire operation rests. You're the guardian of our safety culture, setting the positive tone, and ensuring safety is always at the forefront. You will ensure alignment with legislation requirements, championing our safety expectations, overseeing all incidents and injuries, and ensure compliance of our internal standards. Your ultimate goal is to cultivate and drive an environment where safety is not just a policy—it's a core value.As a natural leader and motivator, you know that your Roadside Team is your greatest asset, and you make sure they know it. You foster an environment where your people feel valued and empowered to grow, coaching and developing them to build strong connections so our service levels are always striving for high performance. You reward outstanding performance and create a culture of recognition.You will collaborate closely with our Club Partner, forming strong, long-lasting partnerships, reporting insights regularly on performance, service levels, complaints & sales.Our Service Delivery is behind everything we do, which means we need to right people onboard. You will oversee the recruitment process, and onboarding of new contractors to ensure adequate resourcing. You will also focus on and lead tactical meetings with the Team; ensuring adequate numbers of Roadside Responders are available to Club Assist.Your expertise: In essence, we're looking for a solid leader with a proven track record in operational management and a commitment to fostering respect and fairness among team members. You have extensive experience leading teams that deliver, and you're confident with championing change and building strong customer relationships backed by high performing service delivery. A safety-first approach is a non-negotiable, and it helps if you're familiar with sales and finance. While not required, a technical qualification in the automotive sector and experience in service delivery management would be beneficial.
