Roads And Maintenance Labourer – Local Government (Casual Assignment – $39.04 P/H)

We are urgently seeking five (5) Roads and Maintenance Field Workers to work with a roads and drainage crew for local council.
This is a casual temporary assignment paying $39.04/hour, working Monday to Friday 6:15am – 3:15pm at Riverview Depot.
Duties include:General labouring as part of the pavement crewSafe MR truck operation in compliance with rules and regulations (only if licensed and experienced)Ensuring adherence to safe work procedures, including the correct use, maintenance, and storage of personal protective equipmentRequirements:Previous experience in civil labouring is essentialPrevious experience operating and maintaining machineryCurrent Construction Industry White CardCurrent MR licence preferredAppropriate hi-vis workwear attireSuitable level of physical fitness to perform this roleAvailable for rostering Monday to Friday 6:15am to 3:15pmCurrent contactable referencesPlease note that any offer of employment will be subject to a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening), and due to the nature of the work and mandatory PPE requirements, you must be willing to participate in face-fit testing of P2 respirator prior to commencement.
