Responsibilities Carry out roadside repairs and diagnosis using your automotive knowledge and skills Provide appropriate member solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service Be prepared, focused and courteous with every customer interaction and conduct yourself in a professional and efficient manner Promote all RAA Services and Product offerings when appropriate Receive the satisfaction of providing essential road service to our community within a time of need About You You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
