RSA and previous experience with TAB/Keno operations is essential, updates to training certificates can be provided.  Delight guests with your infectious energy and positive attitude. Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every patron feels welcome and valued. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Master the art of mixing drinks and pouring the perfect pint. Provide TAB and Keno services with confidence and accuracy (previous training essential). ABOUT YOU A passion for hospitality and making people happy. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
