Position:
Eileen Armstrong House, Woonona - Part-Time (26 hours per week)
Eileen Armstrong House is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our caring team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor residents' health status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Provide nursing care and support to residents.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents.
Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Experience working in aged care or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for providing exceptional care.
