Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation marketing strategies in the Asia Pacific market. The candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of exciting and engaging digital marketing campaigns that promote the RM Assessment brand, solutions, and services and engage our target markets in the Asia Pacific region by leveraging content, PR, social media, community management, and digital advertising to meet lead generation targets.
You will report to the Head of Marketing in the UK as part of a global Marketing team of 6 supporting all of RM Assessment's Marketing needs. You will work closely day to day with the Business Development Director for Asia Pacific based in Melbourne, Australia to ensure marketing campaigns are organized and delivered in line with regional go to market strategies. You will look to the Head of Marketing for support and guidance in performing your role and for coaching in your professional development as a Marketer. You will work with marketers across the team as well as internal web content developers to coordinate on dynamic and impactful marketing campaigns that are aligned with the overall marketing strategies and deliver to lead generation targets.
This role requires expertise in effective and creative use of digital marketing channels, data-driven marketing, product marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Support the overall RM Assessment Marketing strategy and deliver Go to Market plans in the Asia Pacific region as defined by the Business Development Director for Asia Pacific; Drive and support the development of TAM, market intelligence, and competitor data across the Asia Pacific region that inform global product and account-based marketing strategies and regional campaigns; Maintain a CRM for customer intelligence in the region and use digital marketing tools to track engagement and intent to effectively support lead generation in collaboration with the sales team including SDRs, Sales Executives, and Business Development Managers; Support and deliver dynamic and engaging plans for account-based and product marketing campaigns tailored to RM's target markets in region and aligned to go to market strategies; Keep up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in digital marketing such as intent data and programmatic marketing; Optimize the effective use of digital channels within region such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, advertising, and partner channels; Drive clear and strong brand awareness in target markets; Drive and promote strong awareness of RM solutions and services in the market by making effective and creative use of product marketing content; Provide clear data on the effectiveness of marketing content and activities that drives measurable adjustments and improves outcomes in terms of engagement and qualified lead generation; Support the Asia Pacific Development team in generating qualified leads, prospects, and growth in new logo and existing accounts in line with growth targets. Experience Good Collaborator: You must be experienced at working as part of a collaborative marketing team to deliver on marketing goals together. Marketing planning: experience creating and delivering a digital marketing plan and strategy that delivers demonstrable customer engagement and business growth. Digital Marketing skills: expertise in using data to plan effective and creative use of digital marketing channels, data-driven marketing, product marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategies. Qualifications: Professional, graduate or post-graduate qualifications in Marketing (e.g. CIM), Business or Communications is desirable. Marketing campaign development: Experience of developing and executing marketing activities as a team for content (PR and thought leadership, blog, website, social media), producing and briefing creative teams (Video and graphics), digital advertising (search, social ads, and re-marketing), email strategy, industry events, and sponsorship. Customer insight: working with qualitative and quantitative data to create and develop marketing plans that address customer needs. Identifying gaps in market research knowledge and proposing solutions to fill those gaps. Reporting: confident analyzing marketing activities and data to understand what worked (and what didn't) and why. Delegation, collaboration, and understanding: You will work closely with the Marketing Team bringing your specialism into the group and using the specialisms of others within the group. You will work as a team to influence a variety of stakeholders (inside and outside RM), to understand the market and the proposition, creating innovative and engaging marketing approaches to meet RM Assessment's marketing goals. Communication: professional, presentable, dependable, and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal and team working skills. Experience of building positive working relationships with senior leadership teams. Planning and organization: excellent understanding of what is involved in developing a content marketing plan – managing tasks simultaneously, accurately, and according to priority. B2B experience: whilst a background in the assessment or edtech sectors is not a pre-requisite, a good understanding of using content and digital marketing as part of a B2B marketing funnel is essential. Driven: being brave in making sound recommendations based on fact and experience, with a focus on tangible results-oriented outcomes. Tenacious and self-motivated: someone who is curious, yet disciplined; who does not need to be told what to do but seeks to contribute; someone who is tenacious and looks for alternatives.
