Role:
RJE Global is seeking an experienced WHSE Regional Manager to join our Safety team. Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will support WHSE operations across multiple project sites. Regularly visiting these sites to oversee, review, and enhance safety practices and awareness. Ensure the project site safety team and supervisors are meeting the company's WHSE procedural and regulatory obligations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting site safety teams in delivering work health and safety operations, training, incident management, and client reporting. Reviewing, improving, implementing, and enforcing WHS management procedures. Providing expert advice and assistance on WHS matters. Liaising with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external representatives to ensure compliance with safety standards. Required:
Minimum WHS qualification; Certificate 4 in WHS Provide First Aid & CPR Qualification Drug & Alcohol Collector Training Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of WHSE documentation used in construction projects Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to work to tight schedules Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Methodical, accurate, and detail-oriented work approach Construction White Card Driver Licence Advantageous:
Diploma in WHS Cert IV in Training & Assessing ICAM Lead Investigator Training or equivalent Experience working on heavy industrial construction sites and in remote locations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to liaise with all levels of the company Previous FIFO WHSE Advisor experience within the construction industry If you are ready to take the next step in your WHSE Management career with RJE Global, we encourage you to apply.
