Riverview Part Time Nanny – Ref Llr225

We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to assist a lovely professional family in Riverview. The nanny will be responsible for caring for their 2 boys (6 and 4 years).Looking for a nanny who has a genuine love of children. Someone who is experienced and confident in engaging and managing energetic little boys.A nanny who adapts well, is patient, responsible, trustworthy, reliable/punctual and can commit to the role on a long-term basis, building a lovely relationship with the whole family and forming a good connection with the boys.The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows:Care for the childrenProvide routine and structurePick up/drop off from schoolTake to afternoon activities or to the park, etc.Homework assistancePrepare a family mealGrocery shopping and running errands occasionally, if time permitsAssist with light household duties (not necessarily expected every week, depending on time and requirements): Hanging out/bringing in washing + folding washing, Packing away toys in bedrooms and common areasContract length: Permanent / long term / ongoingPay: $40 per hourThe days and normal hours are 2 half days per week – 10 hours:Monday and Tuesdays 1.30-6.30pm (Flexible hours for the right candidate)Note: Driving essential – Full Drivers licence required (To drive family vehicle) (Own car to get to and from work)Additional hours required from time to time and also more hours can be offered in the school holidays if this suits the nanny.The family's expectations from their nanny are:3+ years experience as a nanny or working in child careHave a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)Have a current working with children's check numberPreschool/Primary experience essentialDisplay strong communication skills and speak good EnglishFull Drivers licence and clean driving recordNon Smoker/vaperBasic cooking skillsAble to swimJob Reference: LLR225Please quote job reference in the comments section of the application form.
