$180,000 - $220,000 - equity after 12 months

Known for their expertise across small businesses, not-for-profits, and larger organisations, this firm provides services in tax, business services, bookkeeping and external audit.

About the Role
This role offers a clear pathway to equity Partner, achievable within 12 months.
For those completing their RCA, equity may be offered within 2–3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a fee base exceeding $2m alongside the Partner.
Leading a team of 12, with up to 6 direct reports.
Servicing clients across diverse industries, including agribusiness.
Attending client sites and signing off on jobs (if RCA qualified).
Playing a key role in staff training and development.
Collaborating with the leadership team across business services, tax, and audit.
About You
We welcome applications from experienced audit professionals, whether you're currently a Senior Manager, Director, or Partner in a firm, or running your own practice and open to merging.
To be successful, you will have:
8+ years of external audit experience (more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
Registered Company Auditor status or a clear pathway to achieve it.
Relocation support is available for candidates in SE QLD or we are open to hearing from candidates in nearby regions interested in building a local presence.
