Job Description Reporting to a Service Team Leader, you will seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles to best match candidate's skills set, capability and suitability whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
You will: Apply a specialist and leading recruitment approach to filling roles, continuously staying abreast of ADF Careers recruitment priorities, ensuring candidate progress is expedited to the full extent possible.Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Events and Delivery Team to identify opportunities to attract, source and process candidates to maximise target achievement.Continuously analyse candidate pipeline data, ensuring pipeline is strong and meets the requirements for current and future recruiting targets.Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, to ensure clarity and understanding of message with all stakeholders.Work across multiple platforms simultaneously, with accuracy and attention to detail.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive and professional way to manage and meet expectations.Work collaboratively with national Recruitment Team to share successes, challenges and deliver a consistent recruitment experience.Candidate's Profile If you have a background in diverse recruitment, we want to hear from you.
Your background will demonstrate: An awareness and/or understanding of defence / defence industry.A client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude.Experience using data to help influence diverse communities in joining defence.Experience effectively hiring, nurturing and selecting talent.A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI's.Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long-lasting relationships through a variety of communication channels given the national footprint of our candidates/applicants.Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.An active AGSVA Security Clearance will be highly desired.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.
