As a Risk & Quality Specialist, you'll support the Risk and Quality frameworks and services within Member Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring audit, risk and regularity requirements are met and the risk culture of the Member Operations business unit is enhanced.Day To Day, You'llWork closely with fellow Risk & Quality colleagues to ensure our Member Operations teams are operating in harmony.You will be responsible for uplifting and driving quality which will lead to the efficient high-quality resolution of incidents.You will oversee the resolution of incidents through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing to encourage others to enhance and develop their skills.Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and procedures to fulfill business audit requirements.Brief relevant stakeholders in preparation for attendance at relevant bodies, ensuring they have all the information needed!This role is available as a permanent opportunity.About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:Extensive experience in the superannuation industry and understanding of business operational processes.Experience working in technical, risk, change areas or an analytical role in a variety of complex situations.
