About the Role Responsibilities include:
Manage credit risk collection performance and support business improvement and optimization initiatives.Develop, implement, and monitor effective credit policies.Produce comprehensive reporting and analysis of portfolio trends to improve collection effectiveness, profitability, and customer experience.Conduct research, analyze, and interpret performance trends related to risk strategy and operational execution for SME and Equipment Finance portfolios.Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units, operational teams, and external vendors.Ensure clear communication of portfolio management and policy changes to frontline teams and stakeholders.About You You have:
Proven analytical experience, ideally in credit risk management.Expertise in pricing, marketing, customer relationship analytics, and propensity modeling is advantageous.Proficiency in big data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Solid understanding of business, credit policy development and monitoring, stakeholder management, and credit portfolio management.Programming skills in SQL or SAS.Tertiary qualifications in analytics, actuarial studies, engineering, statistics, data science, or modeling.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
