Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Westview Search are working with a well-regarded manufacturing business to recruit a HR & Risk Manager.
Be part of the leadership team for this Adelaide based manufacturing business who provide products and solutions to the mining and civil industries.
This role will lead, manage and deliver a broad range of Risk, HR, IR, Safety and People initiatives, ensuring the adoption of best practice behaviors throughout the workforce.
A key part of this role will be in assessing, reporting and delivering appropriate risk management solutions within an industrial environment.
Supported by the CEO and leading through influence, this role will drive a strong safety and people centric culture.
