Part-time will be considered.Base salary range: $91,833 – $97,052 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.About the areaThe Risk, Integrity, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) division is dedicated to embedding a strong risk management culture across the University. It leads the strategic implementation of enterprise risk management, health and safety, compliance, and insurance, supporting UWA's vision of excellence. Within RISC, the Strategic Assurance team plays a critical role in delivering structured risk management, internal audit, and insurance initiatives.About the opportunitySupport the implementation and continuous improvement of UWA's risk and compliance frameworks.Monitor, assess, and report on risk controls and legislative compliance to support governance committees.Enhance awareness of risk management practices through consultation, training, and advisory support.About youRelevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in operational risk and compliance.Strong experience in control testing, legislative interpretation, and compliance reporting.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Experience in preparing policy, procedures, and training materials.Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and other software to support risk management activities.Special Requirement:A current National Police Clearance Certificate.How to applyPlease apply online via the Apply Now button.
