About St John's Grammar School St John's Grammar School is an E – 12 Co-educational, Independent, Anglican School and is located in the hills at Belair, South Australia. St John's is structured into four sub-schools: The Early Learning Centre (3 and 4 Year Old Programs), Junior School (R-6), Middle School (Year 7-9) and Senior School (Year 10 – 12).

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching educational environment for our students and staff. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team and ensure that our school operates within all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain risk management and compliance policies and proceduresMonitor and assess the school's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesConduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of concernProvide training and support to staff on compliance and risk management issuesLiaise with external regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting of compliance mattersInvestigate and resolve compliance-related issues and incidentsPrepare WHS reports for the Executive, Risk and Board as required.Requirements: A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in a similar role.Proven experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in an educational setting but not essentialStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standardsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse teamHow to Apply: If you are passionate about creating a safe and compliant learning environment and meet the above qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
