About the Role
As a specialist in Risk Analyst within a regulated environment, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the specific division through a risk and quality transformation. The Risk Analyst will have a proactive approach and look to utilise your strong stakeholder engagement skills to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels across the divisional operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Review and maintain divisional frameworks and processes for Quality Improvement, Risk management and Governance. Develop and support continuous improvement activities at all levels to assist, evaluate, analyse and uplift practices. Assume a leadership role in risk management assisting with the development, enhancement and implementation of appropriate risk management policies, procedures and systems. Experience in developing and testing Business Continuity Plan. Provide expertise in training, supervision and support to staff to in the development of knowledge and skills in quality improvement activities. Delivery of workshops on specific skills required within the wider team. Inspire and embed effective change management processes. Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure response arrangements are within obligations. About You
It is critical for the Risk Analyst that you possess stakeholder engagement and management at all levels. You will encounter a wide range of personalities so you will have the ability to identify and adapt to achieve the best outcomes.
Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant will be solutions-focused, communicate openly and honestly, perform well under pressure and be able to operate autonomously and within a team environment.
