You'll work closely with Senior Managers and Advisers, contributing to a risk culture of high performance with high integrity.

The Role: As a Risk Analyst, you'll support the Senior Manager Operational Risk by delivering key risk advisory activities, reporting, and assurance support across various business units.
Your work will play a crucial role in the delivery of advisory activities that helps the business uplift capability and embedment in managing risk including but not limited to Operational Risk, Resilience and Third Party Risk.

Position Accountabilities: Develop and deliver risk advisory activities to support Senior Managers and Advisers. Facilitate the content for operational risk reporting for the General Manager and the Chief Risk Officer's Report. Support the monitoring and reporting of key risk indicators and metrics. Provide education and training on risk management across the Group. Report on emerging risks through internal forums and external changes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for effective risk reviews. Promote a positive risk culture and support business owners on risk performance. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in operational risk, enterprise risk, and financial/non-financial risk frameworks. Qualifications & Experience: At least 2 years of experience in operational risk, enterprise risk, or GRC, or with a background in audit, accountancy, risk, or actuarial fields. Strong engagement skills and ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and senior leaders across the Group. Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and stakeholders. Experience in the general insurance industry is highly regarded. Familiarity with risk management systems (Ideally Archer). Our Perks: Hybrid: 2 days per week WFH.
