About the role

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
Building strong connections with clients and their families Performing duties in line with the Nursing Award - Registered Nurse Level 2 Organising support to clients with disabilities and monitoring and reporting on their progress Referring clients to agencies that can provide additional help Assessing client needs and resources for health, welfare and other facilities and services Maintaining accurate records of incidents and feedback as required Re-organising work priorities to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment Supporting all clients to meet their goals Conducting Client Care Assessments and Care Planning Discussing and promoting Right at Home's services with medical professionals and referral sources Reporting to head office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Monday to Friday – 8.30am - 5.30pm Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements. Experience in assessing and planning care needs Sound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability systems A strong client focus based on their goals, preferences and needs Current National Police Check NSW Working with Children Check NSW Full Drivers Licence All candidates must have the right to work in Australia Organisational, administrative and time management skills NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR Certificate Check us out at
