Rigger (Hoists)

Due to continued success and growth throughout Southeast Queensland, we are currently looking for an experienced and self-motivated Intermediate Rigger to join our high performing team!
Electrorig (a division of McNab) is an established Gold Coast based contractor, that has successfully installed and maintained hundreds of project-based hoists, lifts, and cranes both nationally and internationally. The team at Electrorig is committed to providing the most reliable hoists in the market, whilst working with clients to achieve safe and quality outcomes - each and every time.
Duties • Installation, service, maintenance, and prep of the hoist fleet
• Installation/removal of crane loading platforms
• Travel across Southeast Queensland (Coolangatta to the Sunshine Coast)
• Hoist operations
• Forklift operations
• Structural steel/panel installation
• Other associated and related works.
What we are looking for • Previous experience with installing and dismantling hoists will be highly advantageous
• An intermediate level of rigging experience - with sound knowledge of the Construction industry
• A strong understanding and adherence to Work, Health, and Safety regulations
• Mechanical aptitude
Required Tickets • Construction White Card
• A valid Manual driver's license with reliable transport.
Desirable Tickets/Licenses • Forklift Ticket
• HR License
