In this role you will: Lead a team of IT professionals, ensure the successful delivery, continuous improvement and ongoing support of IT solutions.
This role acts as the IT solution lead and central point of contact for assigned works with our internal and external stakeholders.
Strong WMS skills, preferably in Manhattan, are essential along with excellent communication skills role can be based in Rhodes or Melbourne.
You will be accountable for translating complex business requirements into IT solution deliverables.
The role is Australia based with strong focus on AU operations but will support other go lives within the APAC region for this dedicated customer.
The role will encompass both warehouse and transport operations in various countries.
You will be working within a team of IT Analysts and will also manage direct reports.
IT Analysts oversee configuration, testing and implementation of the solutions within agreed timeframes and to defined budgets.
You will proactively support and drive the efficient and effective resolution of IT problems and incidents, with a focus on continuous improvement.
You have the following qualities & qualifications: Project management experience with technical and 3PL/4PL industry specific business knowledge Multiple years WMS experience in configuration and/or support (Strong preference for Manhattan WMOS experience) Strong experience in delivering IT solutions to external customers Systems integration design, configuration and/or support 2+ years experience in complex SQL query writing Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
