About the role We are currently looking for an experienced Projects Administrator to work in our projects team based at Hindmarsh, SA, in a full-time role.
A typical day will involve Taking ownership of customer orders, including handling incoming sales calls and attending to requests to ensure timely management of project deliveries. Working as the conduit between the customer and the supplier to deliver successful projects. Pro-active customer/supplier backorder follow-up. Support to the wider Projects Team. A bit about you Exceptional communication, time management, and organisational skills. The ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills with MS Excel as well as a sound working knowledge of purchasing/supply systems. Project lighting knowledge desirable, but not essential. Why join Rexel?
