We are looking for a talented and experienced Reward Manager to join our team. Your expertise will be central to the successful implementation of our Workday Implementation, a truly transformational undertaking for Flight Centre in the way our people realise their brightness of future and our talent and remuneration management more broadly. A day in the life... Remuneration SME for the implementation of our HRIS, working closely with the project team. Conduct ongoing benchmarking and analysis to ensure our remuneration packages remain competitive. Support operational activities related to remuneration and benefits. Provide expert guidance and support to the People & Culture teams. Assist with the administration and management of executive remuneration. Stay abreast of market trends and legislative changes to ensure our global remuneration strategies are both effective and compliant. Who you are... Minimum of 5 years experience as a Reward Specialist or in a similar remuneration-focused role. Strong experience using benchmarking methodologies such as Aon/Radford and/or Mercer. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across various levels of the organisation.
