Job Description At JDE Peet's, we currently have an exciting parental leave cover opportunity for a Reward, Benefits and Payroll Lead in our HR Team! This position is a 13-month temporary role working 4 days per week based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working.
As the Reward, Benefits and Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the reward and benefits program and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
In this role, you will: Develop and implement reward strategies that align with business goals and employee engagement.Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and legislation.Manage payroll schedules, ensuring timely processing of payroll for all employees.Roll-out and follow up of reward programs including the development, implementation, and updating of salary structures and the annual merit process.Manage incentive programs, including bonuses and long-term incentives.Facilitate market analysis and salary survey participation and implement market analysis to ensure internal and external equity and market competitiveness.Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.Qualifications For this role as a Reward, Benefits and Payroll Lead, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.Strong experience in compensation and benefits management.Significant experience with HR and payroll systems.Strong communication skills with a willingness to work collaboratively.Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and Awards with the ability to apply practically.What's in it for you?
