Reward Analyst - Home Based This role can offer home-based working with occasional travel to London (circa twice per month).
Client Details Page Group is delighted to support a highly successful nationwide construction business with the appointment of a Reward Analyst to join a large and busy HR team.
Description Working as part of a small Reward team and supporting a Reward Manager, the role of Reward Analyst is essential for providing analytical support for key reward activities, including pay reviews, bonus calculations, and audits across two payroll systems.
You will support Line Managers, HR colleagues, and employees on reward issues and assist with the ongoing job evaluation process and maintenance of the grade architecture and pay scales.
This will include but is not limited to: Supporting Reward Managers in implementing key bonus and pay review processes.
Data cleansing, creating bonus and salary spreadsheets, and cost models.
Liaising with Senior Managers and HR colleagues to maintain data.
Calculating bonuses and salary increase recommendations.
Summarising data and communicating with employees.
Profile Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar Reward/HR analyst position.
You will also demonstrate advanced Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Power BI.
This role can offer home working; however, you will also be flexible to travel to London or other sites circa twice per month, business needs dependent.
