The opportunity
The Review/Revenue Specialist is responsible for preparing high complexity private rulings and determining high complexity objections across all revenue lines.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Effectively managing a file portfolio of high complexity private rulings and / or objections across all revenue linesMentoring and reviewing the private rulings and objection determinations prepared by other staff across all revenue linesParticipating in inter-branch consultation regarding the application of legislationWho we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in meeting quality and output performance targets in a complex legal and commercial environmentDemonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of complex legislation and legal research experience.High level communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written) to initiate and maintain effective stakeholder relationshipsHow to apply
