If you require adjustments to the recruitment process, please contact the person listed on this ad.About the Business Unit:Courts, Civil and Criminal Law is part of the Department of Justice and Community Safety and supports the Attorney General in delivering courts, civil and criminal law policy responsibilities. Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) manages the administration and enforcement of infringement and court fines across the state.About the Role:The Review Officer will work within Enforcement and Support Services.Some of your duties will include:Providing support to the Operations Team Lead for the administration of the Fines Reform Act 2014Applying Standards of Service and relevant policies to assist in the operations of Fines VictoriaProviding accurate and timely advice and liaising with other units and enforcement agencies on infringement matters.About You:As our ideal candidate, you will possess:An understanding of the infringement lifecycle and relevant legislationCompetent use of Microsoft Office and relevant IT systemsThe ability to seek opportunities for continuous improvement.How to Apply:Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
