Description The position will be required to respond to a variety of customer enquiries via phone, email, or through written correspondence, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the experience is as smooth and efficient as possible to help support members of the public during what can be a difficult time.
Preferable experience in the following areas : Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service and the ability to deal with stressful and emotional situations while being highly motivated and enthusiastic.Data Entry Skills – input data into Ambulance Patient Health Care Records System with a high level of sustained accuracy and in a timely manner.Capability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems.
