This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join an Australian Subsidiary of a fast-growing, real estate company based in Singapore that is focused primarily focused on property development, property investment and hotel ownership.

Over the years, the Group has developed a portfolio of strategically located real estate assets not only in Singapore but also across the Asia Pacific region and has established a reputation for delivering high quality and iconic developments.

They currently own two 5-Star Hotel properties in Australia and have recently added serviced apartments in Perth to their portfolio, offering you the opportunity to join a business that is rapidly expanding.

The company is currently seeking a Revenue & Distribution Manager who has previous revenue & distribution experience within the serviced apartment/hotel space.

The role focuses on optimizing revenue management to boost profitability through effective strategies. Key responsibilities involve analysing revenue streams, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to foster growth and align revenue and distribution strategies.

Additionally, the position entails managing online distribution channels, ensuring accurate content, and serving as the primary contact for revenue-related concerns. It requires strong project management skills and maintaining detailed client and revenue records while supporting new property integrations.

The role has the potential to earn a base salary up to $120k + Super.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in revenue and distribution management, particularly in establishing systems and processes from the ground up in a new environment. This role requires building revenue and distribution frameworks from scratch.

Equally important is the ability to work independently while being an effective team player. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of various industry distribution channels.
