Role Overview As our Revenue Analyst reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for controlling the inventory of the hotel to ensure all market segments are maximised in Occupancy and Average Daily Rate.
Responsibilities: Provide focused guidance relating to the quantities of rooms permitted, including Casino bookings and relevant restrictions.Assist the Revenue Manager in executing revenue management strategies.Provide and receive continuous feedback on revenue management efforts through defined metrics.Develop interim forecasting and yielding models, communicating effectively with the operational team.Establish and maintain relationships with distribution channels, including company websites and third-party mechanisms.Qualifications: Proven experience in revenue analysis within the Hotel accommodation and food & beverage sectors.Strategic thinking ability to increase revenue & yield by collaborating with venue managers.Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.About You: You have a proven track record in a Revenue Analyst, Reservation, or Front Office role within the Hotel and Food & Beverage industry. You are a clear communicator who manages time effectively and prioritises tasks.
