Using our Salesforce technology stack including Zuora, NetSuite & Tableau, you'll record, evaluate and interpret financial data to identify gaps, trends and areas of improvement which actively make LEAP even better for our people, clients and communities.

What you'll do As LEAP's first Revenue Analyst your expertise will help streamline our revenue operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and support strategic initiatives to drive business growth. It's your job to supply our teams with data, insights and tools to make them more efficient. You'll build tools and iterate on processes around the commercial teams, including making data accessible and easy to understand so that Sales and Marketing can make informed decisions. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to refine our data, seek out new data sources and implement solutions to enhance the insights we're able to gain from our analysis.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related systems and databases.Analysis: Analyse complex data sets to extract actionable insights, develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time business performance and market trends analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.Process Optimisation: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and systems. You'll recommend best practices and standard operating procedures for revenue operations.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support revenue growth initiatives.Strategic Initiatives: Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within SaaS or another subscription revenue business. You have a track record of optimizing revenue processes and systems.A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Data Analytics or a related field.Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. With proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, BI tools).Experience with CRM (Salesforce), billing systems (Zuora), and other revenue-related software.You are proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions, while being adaptable to fast-paced environments.You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
