Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Revenue Administrator . This position is located in their busy Parramatta office for an initial 6-month contract.
About The Position
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Revenue Manager and Revenue Management Officers in the management of the ticketing and tolling revenue in line with agreed processes
Duties
Provide accurate and timely compliance with revenue management policies Assist with reconciliation of daily funds movements and investigate and support correction of reported irregularities in revenues Assist with resolve enquiries and issues in relation to specific finance activities Provide administrative support, including but not limited to maintaining working or confidential revenue management files as required, maintaining registers, archiving, searching, recovering documents and photocopying as required Building effective relationships to understand customer needs and requirements
Requirements/Skills
Relevant tertiary and professional accounting qualifications or relevant experience.
