Revenue Administration Officer

Role: Revenue Administraion Officer Hourly Rate: $35.22 + Super Contract Length: 6-months Location: Newcastle Role As Revenue Administration Officer you will be responsible for managing all revenue-related administration and financial transactions.
Key Accountabilites Provide comprehensive administrative, revenue, and financial support using multiple software applications and billing systems.
Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues in line with legislation and NSW Government policies.
Maintain and update records across various customer information and billing systems to ensure accurate revenue generation.
Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to the review and development of practices and procedures.
Participate in team meetings, performance development, and undertake any training as directed.
About You Demonstrated knowledge and use of billing systems with the ability to analyze and report findings.
Proven experience in interpreting policies and legislation related to billing requirements in a revenue setting.
High-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare various documents and reports.
Developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work to achieve results and meet key performance indicators.
Experience working in an environment requiring sensitivity and consideration of confidentiality and privacy.
